Natural Family Planning

NATURAL FAMILY PLANNING (NFP): The goal of NFP is to teach married couples ways to achieve or postpone pregnancy through methods approved by the Catholic Church. NFP reflects the dignity of the human person within the context of marriage and family. It promotes openness to human life, and recognizes the value of the child. NFP calls for mutual responsibility and communication between the husband and wife.
